Wesley's second word was "kitty," followed three days later by "raspberry."  It took another month to get around to "dog."  (4/8/14)

Inspecting baskets.  (4/17/14)

Inspecting eggs.  (4/19/14)

Easter Eve caroling.  (4/19/14)

Elaine left a letter and picture for the Easter bunny under her basket along with several notes explaining that she'd nested her eggs -- so there were actually nine, even though it looked like three.  (4/19/14)

Elaine awoke at 6:45am and went downstairs to discover a princess mouse and eggs full of "chocolate footballs."  Wesley joined her at 10:45am and immediately stole the gold-foil wrapped chocolate rabbit from his parents' basket.  (4/20/14)

Fruit flavored cereal?  Bah!  That's not candy.  Sugar-coated marshmallow?  That's more like it!  (4/20/14)

Elaine had her own ideas about how to decorate eggs this year.  First, she drew on them in crayon.  (4/20/14)

Then, after dying them, she heavily salted them to give them freckles.  (4/20/14)

Celebrating Earth Day with a crown she made at school.  (4/22/14)

When the other kids don't show up, Elaine gets one-on-one dance lessons.  (4/28/14)
